Yoga and meditation retreat at Yoga Euphorium in Rishikesh, India from 3 Days to one month of rejuvenation in city of Yoga in the himalayas. In this meditation retreat we have different- diffrent location in Uttrakhand. We Focuse in our Meditation retreat on Yoga brething technic and also Asana with the anciant meditation technic.

Students will go through everyday meditation and asana session 2 rest day per week. On the other 5 days Yoga Euphorium organizes a half-day excursion for students or Gests that may involve visits to one of the sacred sites in Rishikesh, or in the himalayas. Our excursion will includs camping out from the Rishikesh. The excursion would be a visit to either Vashishtha Cave, or Kunjapuri Temple. Excursion may shift to a different destination in specific place in foothills of Himalayas. Excursion organized by Yoga Euphorium is inclusive in the course fee and the destination would be selected by school. .
